When you place a limit order, it can either be a maker or a taker. The fees for maker and taker orders may vary depending on the trading pair. To see the specific fees for each pair, please check our Trade Pairs section on the Contract Details page from https://app.dexalot.com/contract_details.
Since all orders are processed on-chain, a network fee is required for every transaction. However, our Avalanche L1 network has extremely low gas fees—usually just a fraction of a dollar. In fact, with just 1 ALOT in your gas tank, you can typically cover around 100 transactions. Fees may fluctuate based on network usage, but Avalanche L1s remain one of the most cost-effective blockchain networks available.
All orders on Dexalot are fully on-chain, so you'll incur a network fee for each transaction. However, Dexalot’s network has dynamic fees that are near zero, often just a fraction of a dollar. In the future, gas fees may be adjusted if necessary.
